Refund & Returns Policy
At Beautiful Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality aesthetic treatments and excellent client care.
1. Non-Refundable Treatments
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, once a procedure has been performed, the treatment cannot be reversed, “returned,” or refunded. This applies to all injectable and skin treatments, as the results are dependent on individual client factors and treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
2. Appointment Cancellations & Refunds Before Treatment

If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if sufficient notice is given.

If a payment for a treatment has been made in full and you cancel before receiving the treatment (and with the required notice period), a refund will be issued minus any applicable administration fee.

3. Adverse Reactions & Treatment Concerns
Your safety and satisfaction are important to us. If you experience an unexpected adverse reaction, we will offer a follow-up appointment to assess and provide appropriate aftercare at no additional charge. Refunds are not provided in such cases, as the treatment has already been administered.
4. Courses & Packages
Payments for courses or treatment packages are non-refundable once treatment has commenced. Unused sessions may be transferred to alternative treatments of equal value at our discretion.
5. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
