• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

• Refunds for unused packages are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to clinical discretion.

• If you are deemed unsuitable for treatment after consultation, a refund will be offered.

All prices are listed in GBP. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Klarna.
